You know those runs when you come to a point where there are 2 options? One is a flat 2 miles. The other is a hilly 2 miles. Get in the habit of taking the hilly option. Same goes for the park trail you love. There’s one version that hugs the lake and stays flat. And there’s the other option that’s longer and takes in the hills away from the lake. They both end up in the parking lot.
